BTS received the Presidential Citation at the 5th Korea Good Donation Awards. They became the first Korean singers to receive this award at the ceremony held on December 8, hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and organized by the Korea Council of Foundations. This ceremony was established in 2021 to encourage individuals and organizations that have made a positive impact on society through sharing and donation activities, to share various good practice cases, and to spread a culture of giving.

BTS stated, "We feel great fulfillment knowing that the 'LOVE MYSELF' campaign has had a positive impact on our society," and added, "We believe this award is not just for us, but a form of encouragement and support for everyone who resonated with the message of 'love yourself and love the world' that we spread through the campaign." They continued, "We want to dedicate this honor to ARMY, who have created the campaign together with us."

BTS signed an official partnership with UNICEF Korea Committee in 2017 and launched the 'LOVE MYSELF' campaign. This campaign promotes violence prevention and psychological support for children and adolescents in 155 countries and regions, providing mental health programs to over 100 million people. BTS and their agency Big Hit Music collaborated with UNICEF to raise approximately 9.2 billion KRW in funds, which accounts for about 15% of UNICEF's global child protection fund.

In addition to the campaign with UNICEF, BTS has led positive changes domestically and internationally through continuous donations and their positive influence on social issues. They fulfill their social responsibilities through donation activities and have an even greater impact through cooperation with their fans.

BTS has announced a large-scale world tour along with the release of a new album next spring. They are accelerating preparations to meet fans worldwide again and plan to continue communication with fans through new music and performances.
