The agency Billybin Music has taken legal action against its artist Yuda Bin. On December 10, Billybin Music announced that it would file a lawsuit against Yuda Bin seeking a provisional injunction to prohibit entertainment activities and claim damages amounting to 300 million KRW for breach of contract. This lawsuit is a separate matter from the criminal complaint related to tampering involving the external party MPMG.

CEO Kim Billy revealed the unfair demands made by Yuda Bin's side to Billybin Music through the YouTube channel "Billy Show." Despite the exclusive contract period still being in effect, Yuda Bin's side reportedly proposed unreasonable amendments, including an additional payment of 40 million KRW as a signing bonus and refusal to hold performances with more than 200 seats. The most controversial demand was the involvement of MPMG staff, which is considered an unacceptable condition by industry standards.

CEO Kim criticized, "The company made several concessions and tried to negotiate, but this was not a simple request for better treatment; it was a deliberate step to induce contract termination by colluding with an external force attempting tampering." Billybin Music filed the 300 million KRW damages lawsuit on the grounds that Yuda Bin violated the exclusive contract by cooperating with MPMG's tampering and acting independently. They are also pursuing a claim for the return of profits earned during the contract violation period.

CEO Kim emphasized, "Yuda Bin is clearly an artist under an exclusive contract with Billybin Music. This lawsuit aims not only to recover the company's significant financial losses but also to send a strong warning to the industry so that no musician betrays trust and cooperates with tampering again."

Billybin Music's legal representative stated, "This case is a typical example of tampering that undermines the healthy development of the popular culture and arts industry. We will pursue all legal procedures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the current agency that has discovered and invested in the artist."

Yuda Bin is a member of Yuda Bin Band, which debuted in 2021 with the single "LETTER." Yuda Bin Band ranked third in Mnet's "Great Seoul Invasion" broadcast in 2022. This lawsuit is expected to have a significant impact on Yuda Bin's entertainment activities.
