KBS2's 'Immortal Songs' will hold a special episode titled '2025 Year-End Special - Family Vocal Battle' in its 735th broadcast on December 13. This special will feature a total of five star families composed of father and daughter, mother and son, siblings, and couples, who will take the stage to sing classic songs again.

The participating teams are Park Nam-jung and STAYC's Sieun (father and daughter), Yoon Min-soo and Kim Kyung-ja (mother and son), Gan Mi-yeon and Hwang Ba-ul (couple), Jannabi and Choi Jung-joon (brothers), and Woody and Kim Sang-soo (brothers). Each team is expected to present a stage based on their special family bond. Park Nam-jung will perform with his daughter Sieun, and Yoon Min-soo will collaborate with his mother Kim Kyung-ja. Gan Mi-yeon and Hwang Ba-ul will create a sweet mood as a couple. Choi Jung-joon will showcase his talent with his younger brother Choi Jung-hoon, and Woody and Kim Sang-soo brothers will demonstrate their unique chemistry.

In particular, Kim Sang-soo is known to reveal his hidden soulful singing ability as a professional baseball player. Each team will fiercely compete for the single trophy. When asked if she could give up the championship, Kim Kyung-ja replied, "No, that's the fun of living," showing strong determination. Yoon Min-soo joked, "Isn't today a special episode? Can't you just give all the trophies to us?"

STAYC's Sieun, performing with her father Park Nam-jung, expressed her determination, saying, "I think it can be a stage that spans generations." Choi Jung-joon confessed to his younger brother's group Jannabi, "They are brothers I want to protect for life," and Choi Jung-hoon expressed his affection by saying, "My brother is like Superman to me."

Hwang Ba-ul praised his wife Gan Mi-yeon's passion for the stage, saying, "She's almost as good as Kim Jang-hoon," which brought laughter. Many are focusing on how this love and competition among families will be expressed on stage.

'Immortal Songs' airs every Saturday at 6:05 PM on KBS 2TV, and this year-end special is expected to deliver a special emotional experience to viewers.
