HYBE ranks 4th in global tour revenue... SEVENTEEN and J-Hope enter top 50

HYBE ranked 4th in total global tour revenue in the 2025 Boxscore Annual Report. According to the report released on the 12th, HYBE recorded $469.2 million, approximately 691 billion KRW, in revenue from October 2024 to September 2025. This marks a rise of five positions compared to last year.

HYBE artists held a total of 213 world tour performances, attracting 3.3 million attendees. Major artists included BTS, SEVENTEEN, J-Hope, and ENHYPEN.

SEVENTEEN ranked 17th in individual artist revenue with $142.4 million, about 209.6 billion KRW. SEVENTEEN gathered 964,000 attendees through their North American stadium concerts. BTS's J-Hope ranked 32nd with $79.9 million, approximately 117.6 billion KRW, in revenue from his first solo tour. ENHYPEN ranked 37th with $76.1 million, about 112 billion KRW.

Among K-pop groups, Stray Kids, under JYP, ranked 10th with $185.7 million, approximately 273.4 billion KRW, in revenue from their world tour "DOMINATE," marking the highest rank among K-pop artists. Stray Kids sold 1.3 million tickets across 31 performances.

In the top tour category, the band Coldplay took first place with $464.9 million, about 684.2 billion KRW, in revenue from 59 performances. Coldplay attracted 3.5 million attendees.

HYBE's stock price rose 1.7% to 299,500 KRW compared to the previous day. HYBE reached an intraday high of 351,000 KRW on the 3rd of last month but is currently down 14.7% from that peak.

iM Securities estimates HYBE's operating profit next year will increase by 622% to 514.9 billion KRW, forecasting a recovery of the operating profit margin to the 10% range. Ji-won Hwang, a researcher at iM Securities, stated, "BTS is expected to make a full group comeback next year, with a new album release in March followed by a world tour starting in April."

Researcher Hwang added, "It is expected to attract about 3.5 to 4 million attendees, with an increased proportion of North American and European performances and a rise in average ticket prices due to deferred demand." Announcements regarding the new album release and world tour are expected early next year.

HYBE recorded its first quarterly loss since its listing in the third quarter of this year. This is analyzed as a result of one-time costs related to restructuring its U.S. subsidiary and concentrated investments in new artists. iM Securities judged that although revenue based on performances and merchandise reached an all-time high, operating profit was sluggish.

Researcher Hwang said, "In the fourth quarter, remaining costs related to the U.S. subsidiary and Latin boy group, as well as game-related expenses, will be reflected, limiting short-term profitability improvements."

HYBE is reportedly planning to debut one domestic team and one to two U.S. teams next year. This is expected to further strengthen HYBE's artist lineup.
