G-Dragon ignites Gocheok Dome with encore concert... 54,000 fans ecstatic

G-Dragon returned after 8 years and met with fans. From the 12th to the 14th, he held the 2025 world tour "Webermensch in Seoul: Encore" at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul. A total of 54,000 spectators attended the concert. This encore concert lasted for three days, and the final day was sold out.

G-Dragon performed a setlist of 22 songs for about three hours during the concert. This event marked the conclusion of his 2025 tour "Webermensch," which began in March this year. The first concert was held at Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, attracting over 60,000 attendees over two days. He then conducted a global tour with 38 shows in 16 cities across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

On the first day of the concert, the 12th, G-Dragon made a powerful start with "Power." When BigBang's Taeyang and Daesung appeared on stage during the "Home Sweet Home" performance, the audience erupted in cheers. G-Dragon raised expectations for the show by saying, "I'm back. Are you ready?"

He shared his thoughts on the concert, saying, "Being Korean, it's most comfortable to perform in Korea." He also added, "Today is the 39th and last show. Maybe the bigger the regret, the bigger the impact," promising to return again.

G-Dragon performed many of his hit songs during the concert, including "Michi GO," "One of a Kind," "Crayon," "Bona Bona," "Butterfly," "Too Good," "Niga Mwonde," "Today," and "Ppiddakage." He showed a relaxed demeanor, dispelling concerns about his unstable performance and live skills at the recent "2025 MAMA Awards" held in Hong Kong.

Communication with fans was also prominent. He moved around the floor seats, singing close to fans and interacting with them. Fan service was notable, such as wearing a hat given by a fan and decorating the stage. The concert concluded with songs like "Heartbreaker," "Gaesori," "Take Me," "Too Bad," and "Drama."

Reflecting on the past year, G-Dragon said, "It's been a year since my comeback. I can confidently say I've worked hard." Mentioning BigBang's 20th anniversary next year, he said, "There's a lot to do next year. There will be an adult ceremony for 20-year-old BigBang." He also raised expectations for the U.S. Coachella performance, saying, "BigBang will start warming up from April next year."

During the encore stage, G-Dragon toured the venue in a moving car, greeting fans. He continued the concert with songs like "This Love," "1 Year Station," "IBELONGIIU," "WE LIKE 2 PARTY," "Fool Full of Tears," and "Untitled." Finally, he closed the stage with Daesung and Taeyang, saying, "Next year, I'll bring two more (BigBang members)," raising fans' anticipation.

G-Dragon's world tour started with the March concert in Goyang and continued in 17 cities including Tokyo, Manila, Osaka, Macau, Sydney, Melbourne, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Hanoi in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles in the Americas, and Paris, France. This is considered an unprecedented large-scale tour for a solo artist.

In this way, G-Dragon continues to firmly establish his position as an iconic figure in K-pop. His concerts have been greatly loved by fans both domestically and internationally, successfully concluding the 2025 world tour.
