
BTS's Jimin achieved remarkable success on the 2025 Billboard Year-End Charts. According to the year-end charts released on the 10th, Jimin's song "Who" ranked 57th on the main song chart, the Hot 100, marking the highest position for a K-pop male solo artist's song. "Who" is the first K-pop solo song without collaboration to enter the Hot 100 since Psy's "Gangnam Style" in 2012. The song debuted at number 14 on the Hot 100 after its release in July 2024, reached a peak position of 12, and remained on the chart for a total of 33 weeks.
Jimin was the only K-pop singer to rank on the 2024 Billboard Year-End Streaming Songs chart, placing 74th with "Who," and rose to 29th in 2025, achieving back-to-back years on the chart. Additionally, "Who" ranked 21st on the 2025 Billboard Year-End Global 200 and 17th on the Global (excluding U.S.) chart, proving its global popularity. The song previously ranked 106th and 99th on these charts in 2024, respectively, showing a significant rise this year.
Jimin ranked 81st on the Year-End Top Artists chart, which is based on the main album chart Billboard 200 and the main singles chart Hot 100. This is the only record among K-pop male solo artists. He also placed 53rd on the Hot 100 Artists chart, and 41st and 37th on the Global 200 Artists and Global (excluding U.S.) Artists charts, respectively, demonstrating strong influence in his solo activities.
On the World Albums Artists chart, Jimin ranked 5th, and his album MUSE took 3rd place on the World Albums chart. This marks two consecutive years on the chart following its 11th place in 2024. Jimin previously ranked 5th with his first album FACE in 2023, setting a record of appearing on this chart for three consecutive years.
Jimin appeared on a total of 10 categories on the 2025 Billboard Year-End Charts, continuing his solo career's brilliance with double-digit entries for three consecutive years, following 13 categories in 2023 and 14 in 2024.
Jimin also showed outstanding performance on the Billboard Japan charts. According to the 2025 year-end charts released by Billboard Japan on December 5, the title track "Who" from his second solo album MUSE ranked 73rd on the comprehensive singles chart Billboard Japan Hot 100. Jimin was the only Korean male artist to appear on this chart this year. "Who" also ranked 61st on the Billboard Japan Streaming Songs year-end chart, proving the love it received throughout the year.
MUSE, which ranked 41st on the 2024 Billboard Japan main album chart Hot Albums, placed 87th this year, becoming the first and only K-pop solo album to enter the year-end chart for two consecutive years. Jimin's first album FACE ranked 20th on the 2023 Billboard Japan Hot Albums chart, making him the first and only K-pop solo artist to enter the chart for three consecutive years since 2023.
On the Billboard Japan 2025 Year-End Artist 100 chart, Jimin ranked 93rd. Following 89th in 2023 and 79th in 2024, Jimin successfully charted again this year, becoming the first and only K-pop solo artist to achieve three consecutive years on the chart, proving his local popularity. Jimin's achievements contribute to further strengthening K-pop's global influence.
