KBS 1TV's "6 O'Clock My Hometown" aired a special broadcast on December 15th, set in a remote mountain village in Yeongwol County, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province. In this broadcast, Daesung from Big Bang and youth association president Son Heon-su drove a general goods truck, gifting a day dedicated to the elderly. They helped the truck owner, who struggles with winter sales, and sold and delivered necessary items to the villagers.

While traveling in the general goods truck, Daesung and Son Heon-su met elderly people working at a bus stop job site and sold and delivered needed goods. The seniors expressed their gratitude, saying, "Thank you for coming to us like this without having to go to town." They also delivered pork backbones and dried pollack ordered by phone in advance and met an elderly person who bought soju, makgeolli, and candy as snacks for the villagers.

They assisted the villagers by participating in the task of packing soybeans. Daesung and Son Heon-su also encountered an elderly person raising rabbits in their yard. They personally delivered heavy bags of rice and admired the homemade infused liquor displayed inside the senior's house.

Finally, after winding through mountain roads, the two arrived at the village hall, where they were warmly welcomed by the elderly and sold goods. They visited the home of a senior living alone after losing her husband, changing a light bulb and sharing the love they received.

Through this broadcast, Daesung and Son Heon-su made a positive impact on the local community and conveyed warm hearts by personally delivering necessary items to the elderly. This episode of "6 O'Clock My Hometown" contributed to strengthening communication with local residents and supporting the lives of the elderly.

Along with the broadcast, Daesung released the single "Han Do Choa" on the 10th. This trot genre song features Daesung's lively expression and vocals. This broadcast became an opportunity to once again remind viewers of the importance of the local community through the warm companionship of Daesung and Son Heon-su.
