BTS held a live broadcast on the 16th to communicate with their fans. The broadcast took place on the fan community platform Weverse, and the members turned on the camera after dance practice. Jimin said, "We were practicing among ourselves and gathering in the evening to chat."
Regarding the release of the new album, RM told fans, "I'm going crazy wanting to make a comeback quickly. I really hate this year-end." He added, "I can't say how far along we are yet. When will the company announce it? HYBE, please announce it soon," expressing his eagerness for a quick comeback.
Jungkook tried to calm RM by saying, "We haven't even prepared 10% yet," and Jimin sympathized, saying, "This time feels longer than expected, so it's frustrating." Suga added, "We said we would do it someday. We can't say exactly when. We said it would be soon," indicating that the agency will soon announce the schedule related to their activities.
RM also shared an update during the broadcast that he had obtained his driver's license. He explained, "I, Kim Namjoon, got my license. I don't plan to buy a car. I just wanted to get it. I wanted to overcome my trauma." The members applauded his statement.
BTS is preparing a new album aiming for a comeback in March 2026. The live broadcast lasted about 12 minutes, and the members ended it by saying, "We'll come back again later." BTS plans a full-group comeback next spring after completing their military hiatus.
