Broadcaster Tak Jae-hoon revealed his second house located in Jeju Island. On the December 21 broadcast of SBS's 'My Ugly Duckling,' Tak Jae-hoon's new home was introduced for the first time. In the episode, Tak Jae-hoon was shown greeting a peaceful morning at his Jeju villa. As soon as he woke up, he called out for "Mom," tossing and turning, then said, "I'm in Jeju. It's really nice to see the ocean in the morning," expressing admiration for the ocean view stretching beyond the living room's large window.

Tak Jae-hoon's Jeju house boasted a spacious layout divided into a main building and an annex. Seo Jang-hoon revealed the behind-the-scenes story of the house's construction, saying, "It's a modular house that's trendy these days, and I heard it was built in just five days," surprising everyone. The house contrasted the luxurious ocean view with Tak Jae-hoon's simple daily life, bringing laughter to viewers. He woke himself up by slapping his cheek while washing his face and, when thirsty, hurriedly drank water coming from the sink instead of the water purifier, amusing the audience.

Tak Jae-hoon currently lives with his mother in Seoul and commutes between there and his Jeju house. In the broadcast, he mumbled "It's nice, really nice" while looking at the ocean after waking up in the morning. His bedroom is located on the second floor with an ocean view, and the main building's first floor contains the living room and kitchen. The annex is separately arranged for guests to stay.

During the broadcast, Tak Jae-hoon also expressed frustration over the ending of 'Dolsing Fourmen.' He said, "I lost a program. Because Kim Jun-ho and Lee Sang-min got married, I ended up ruined too," showing his disappointment. Shin Dong-yup softened the mood by saying, "From your perspective, it can feel unfair. Additionally, during the show, Kim Jong-min and Lim Won-hee visited Tak Jae-hoon's house and held an outdoor barbecue party.
