In the FANNSTAR Global Hot Star Ranking vote for the third week of December, held from December 15 to 22, PLAVE secured first place with 2,803,672 votes. Stray Kids followed in second place with 1,180,924 votes, while n.SSign ranked third with 496,386 votes.
The Global Hot Star Ranking selects K-POP artists who have captured audiences worldwide, featuring fourth- and fifth-generation idols with strong global fandoms. The ranking is closely linked to the The Fact Music Awards “Global Hot Star Award,” drawing significant attention from fans. The ongoing vote serves as a preliminary round for next year’s Global Hot Star selection, with 20% of the results reflected in the final score. The artist who finishes No.1 overall will receive the Global Hot Star trophy at the 2026 The Fact Music Awards.
According to FANNSTAR, artists who rank No.1 for ten consecutive weeks are celebrated with a congratulatory video on a horizontal digital billboard at Wangsimni in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Thirty consecutive weeks earn Airport Railroad AM Board promotions at Hongdae Station; fifty weeks are marked on the Hongdae M Screen. Seventy consecutive weeks are honored on a Carlo’s billboard in New York’s Times Square, while one hundred consecutive weeks are celebrated on the media tower billboard at Starfield Goyang.
Following PLAVE’s 65-week winning streak, fans sent congratulatory messages through the official FANNSTAR messaging platform. A fan with the nickname “FishingQueen” commented, “PLAVE is the best!”
