
SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Taxi Driver 3' is approaching its 12th episode broadcast. This episode stars Lee Je-hoon and Kim Eui-sung and involves tracking a villain who professionally sets up and sells crimes. The drama is a private revenge agency story where the taxi company Rainbow Transportation and taxi driver Kim Do-gi complete revenge on behalf of wronged victims.
In the previous 11th episode, the viewership rating reached a peak of 14.5%, with 12.2% in the metropolitan area, ranking first in the same time slot. As a result, it ranked first among mini-series broadcast during the week and secured an unshakable first place among all mini-series aired in December. The 2049 viewership rating also peaked at 3.98%, ranking first across all channels in December, continuing its hit streak. (According to Nielsen Korea)
Episode 11 depicted the 'Rainbow Dark Heroes' chasing an intelligent villain committing various organized crimes such as secondhand goods fraud, identity theft, and cyberbullying. In particular, as the identity of the mastermind operating the secondhand fraud organization behind an anonymous system was revealed, curiosity grew about the true nature of the emerging crime the 'Rainbow Five' would face. Additionally, a scene was captured showing an unidentified fisheries businessman dumping a corpse into the sea near Samheung Island, drawing attention to the relationship between the secondhand fraud villain pursued by the 'Rainbow Dark Heroes' and Samheung Island.
In episode 12, the 'Rainbow Dark Heroes' will begin a full-scale plan to catch the 'head of the secondhand fraud organization.' In this process, Go Eun will infiltrate the secondhand fraud organization operated by the head and deliver a thrilling hard carry. Furthermore, they realize that there is a force behind the head that professionally sets up crimes, and Do-gi and CEO Jang will directly infiltrate the suspicious mysterious island 'Samheung Island' to target a greater evil.
In the released stills, Do-gi and CEO Jang are shown suddenly appearing on the quiet and eerie 'Samheung Island' in a model taxi. It remains veiled what villains they will encounter and what will happen, but the sharp vigilance in their eyes as they search the island is palpable.
Also, a scene was captured of Do-gi and CEO Jang visiting a temple. Do-gi cautiously opens the door of the temple hall, and both are shown looking surprised as if they discovered something inside simultaneously. This also stimulates curiosity about what they witnessed.
'Taxi Driver 3' airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM, and the 12th episode will be broadcast on the 27th. This drama was selected as a production supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Communications Agency (KCA) in 2025.
