Vocalist K.Will revealed his true essence as a 19-year veteran artist. He recently appeared on MBC's "The Manager" to share his daily life and concert footage. On the show, K.Will disclosed that he currently serves as a director at his agency, Starship Entertainment, and expressed the small sense of stability he feels as an office worker.
K.Will's home is called the "Will House" and is decorated with various spaces such as a workout room, guest room, and home bar. While organizing his belongings after remodeling, he showed his cherished collection of figurines and signed CDs from junior singers. This revealed his maximalist tendencies and affection for his colleagues.
During the broadcast, Jun Hyun-moo visited K.Will's home, and the two naturally conversed over their shared experience of being only sons. They entertained viewers by sharing stories about their mothers, who raised them strongly.
The concert preparation process highlighted K.Will's professionalism. Despite being in his 19th year since debut, he devoted himself to vocal checks to deliver the best stage performance. On the show, K.Will candidly shared that he once received a doctor's diagnosis of vocal cord issues, which made him consider retirement. He said, "It was during the COVID-19 period, so there were not many stages," and spoke about the hardships he faced during that time. He then expressed gratitude to his fans, saying, "I am so thankful to the fans who waited and supported me during that time."
K.Will revealed that the word "retirement" first came to mind around 2022. However, he experienced a turning point last year by appearing on KBS 2TV's "The Seasons - Zico's Artist." He said, "I naturally tried transitioning from falsetto to chest voice, and the response was good," and shared that he found comfort in the comments he received after the broadcast.
Recently, K.Will successfully held the 2025 K.Will Concert "Good Luck." He delivered a perfect stage with his representative ballads such as "Please Don't," "Miss You, Miss You, Miss You," and "Tears Dripping." Especially during "From Today, Day 1," the audience sang along in unison, heating up the atmosphere. Finally, performing "Tell Me! What Are You Doing?," which was greatly loved as an OST, he responded to the fans' enthusiastic cheers, raising the energy of the performance to its peak.
At the end of the concert, K.Will made a heartfelt promise, saying, "I will sing with all my strength until the very end," leaving a deep impression. As an artist who has surpassed his 18th anniversary and entered his 19th year, he continues steady activities across music, performances, and broadcasting. He has showcased his expressive voice through numerous drama OSTs and recently communicates with fans through his solo YouTube channel "Sister-in-law is K.Will." K.Will's active endeavors prove that he remains a beloved artist to the public.
