Yoon Jong-shin apologized to the audience who were looking forward to the concert and informed that the refund process would be handled by the organizers. He added, "I am looking for a venue within February, so please give me a chance to make it up to you." He also announced that despite the concert cancellation, he would hold a listening session to communicate with the audience. He explained, "Although the concert is canceled, I will have time to share your stories and mine."
