On December 30, &TEAM took the stage at the KBS2 “2025 Music Bank Global Festival IN JAPAN,” held at Tokyo National Stadium, where they performed “Back to Life,” the title track from their first Korean mini album. In front of an audience of approximately 60,000, the group captivated the crowd with polished group choreography and seamless teamwork, showcasing their identity as a performance-driven act.
The group also appeared on TBS’s “The 67th Japan Record Awards” the same day, performing their third Japanese single “Go in Blind.” The blindfolded choreography symbolized the members’ strong unity and trust, amplifying the song’s message of overcoming any path together with confidence.
That evening, &TEAM was honored with the Special International Music Award, presented to artists who demonstrated remarkable global impact throughout the year. The group expressed their gratitude in four languages—Korean, Japanese, English, and Chinese—naturally highlighting their cross-border identity.
In 2025, &TEAM’s achievements were equally impressive in numbers. Their third Japanese single “Go in Blind” became a million-seller, while their Asia tour drew approximately 160,000 fans across ten cities. Their Korean mini album “Back to Life” sold 1.13 million copies on its first day, making &TEAM the first Japanese artist to achieve million-seller status in both Korea and Japan.
Their global momentum extended to the United States as well. “Back to Life” marked the group’s first entry on the Billboard charts, ranking high across major album categories and topping the Emerging Artists chart. Forbes praised &TEAM as “a group adding new meaning to the ever-expanding definition of K-pop.”
As &TEAM closes the year across Korean and Japanese stages, the group continues to carve out its own space in the global music landscape, drawing attention to what comes next.
