
The group TWS (Tours) is gaining attention by showcasing various performances. TWS, consisting of Shinyu, Dohun, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin, performed the title track "Isn't It Cool to Follow Your Heart?" and the B-side "GO BACK" from their third mini-album on the broadcast of "2025 MBC Gayo Daejejeon Style" aired on December 31.
TWS kicked off the performance with "Isn't It Cool to Follow Your Heart?" Kyungmin excitedly shouted, "(When you become an adult) it's going to be so much fun!" which drew enthusiastic responses from the audience. Youngjae showcased a solo dance to the fast rhythm, and the unit dance break highlighted the members' solid skills.
Next, the stage for "GO BACK," revealed for the first time on broadcast, captivated the audience with its lively energy. On the special stage, Dohun, Youngjae, and Jihoon delivered a stylish performance of EXO's "Love Shot." They exuded a mature charm different from their usual refreshing image, heating up the atmosphere on site.
Right after the New Year countdown, Kyungmin sang Buzz's "A Journey to Me" with fellow artists of the same age. The song's exciting rock sound combined with the members' harmonies captivated viewers' ears. Kyungmin drew attention from the audience by singing the first verse with a sweet tone.
TWS has recently been receiving much love through the "Angtal Challenge." This challenge, which involves shaking shoulders to the "Umm~" lyrics of the title track "OVERDRIVE" from their fourth mini-album, has spread nationwide as a meme with participation from top stars. As a result, "OVERDRIVE" ranked second on TikTok's music charts "Top 50" and "Viral 50," gaining popularity. It has also started climbing back up on major music charts such as Melon and Genie Music.
On China's largest music platform QQ Music's "Weekly Korean Chart," TWS ranked fourth in the results compiled from December 18 to 24, raising expectations for their expanding global popularity. Through various activities, TWS is strengthening its position both domestically and internationally.
