Special effects makeup artist and beauty creator PURE.D has drawn attention by sharing the story behind her decision to get married.

PURE.D recently announced her marriage through social media, explaining that as she grew older, she became more cautious about sharing her private life, which is why it took time before making the news public.

She described the relationship as something “fragile like a glass marble,” saying it was too precious to reveal lightly and required true certainty.

In a YouTube video, PURE.D revealed that she and her husband had known each other for eight years before reconnecting during a trip to Spain last summer, which led to a romantic relationship. Her husband is a foreign national with Korean citizenship.

The couple has already registered their marriage and completed a wedding vow ceremony in her husband’s home country, choosing commitment over lengthy wedding preparations.

PURE.D emphasized that despite her life experience, this was the first time she felt certain she wanted to marry someone.

A formal wedding ceremony is planned for 2026 or 2027, with some fans expected to be invited.
