On the broadcast of KBS 2TV's 'Immortal Songs' on the 3rd, a 'New Year Special: 2026 Actor Feature' was held to welcome the Year of the Red Horse in 2026. On this day's program, Lee Chan-won introduced 'Amudda Band', which includes Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Jun-hyun, Hong Kyung-min, composer Jo Young-soo, Jeon In-hyuk, and Jo Jung-min.
Lee Chan-won mentioned about the members of 'Amudda Band', saying, "The combination itself is truly unfair," emphasizing the uniqueness of their collaboration. He introduced Hong Kyung-min and Kim Jun-hyun's debut by stating, "This is their first band debut." Kim Jun-hyun expressed his excitement, saying, "It's my first solo drummer debut, and I'm really nervous, not knowing what to do. I'm excited and thrilled."
Lee Chan-won explained about Jo Young-soo, one of the members of 'Amudda Band', stating, "What's really unfair about this team is that Jo Young-soo has appeared as a legend on our 'Immortal Songs'." Jo Young-soo is referred to as the 'legend of composition', having composed songs like SG Wannabe's 'Lalalala', SeeYa's 'Crazy Love Song', and Lim Young Woong's 'Now Only Trust Me'. Lee Chan-won asked Jo Young-soo, "You have judged many times, but isn't this your first time competing on stage?"
Jo Young-soo confessed, "I always evaluated or judged, and Chan-won also judged on 'Mr. Trot', but I realized it was the easiest thing. When it comes to actually competing, I'm so nervous and my fingers don't move." Lee Chan-won responded, "Do you now understand the heart of a competitor!" Jo Young-soo replied, "I should be more lenient now," showing that he understands the position of the competitors.
Lee Byung-jun added, "The more I listen, the more it seems unfair," and Cha Tae-hyun clarified, "The singers are not singing today; I'm the one singing." However, Lee Byung-jun responded, "The band is important. The singer just gets to take a spoon," filling the scene with laughter.
This broadcast provided joy to viewers through the unique combinations and humor of various participants. 'Immortal Songs' airs weekly on diverse themes, receiving much love through the special stages and stories of the performers.
