
Seventeen's Dokyeom and Seungkwan present music infused with winter emotions through their first mini album 'Soya Song'. Pledis Entertainment revealed the tracklist for Dokyeom and Seungkwan's mini album 'Soya Song' on Seventeen's official SNS at 10 PM on January 5th. This album includes a total of 6 tracks, including the title track 'Blue'.
The title track 'Blue' centers on the theme of 'love with different strides', capturing the moment when the depth and speed of emotions gradually go awry. The label explained that this song sets expectations for Dokyeom and Seungkwan's poignant harmony.
Dokyeom and Seungkwan each include solo tracks 'Rockstar (DK Solo)' and 'Dream Serenade (SEUNGKWAN Solo)', and they participated in writing and composing each song. They are also credited as co-writers for the last track 'Prelude of Love'.
The album title 'Soya Song' means 'a love song sung at night', and Dokyeom and Seungkwan express various moments of ordinary love, such as boredom, disconnection, and new beginnings, across the 6 tracks.
As the two main vocalists of Seventeen, Dokyeom and Seungkwan have been recognized for their solid vocal skills and deep emotions. With this new release, they are set to establish the presence of a 'K-pop traditional vocal duo'.
