Koyote’s Shinji and her fiancé Moon Won reflected on the past year, sharing how they learned and changed through moments of controversy.

On July 7, a video filmed in Jeju Island late last December was uploaded to Shinji’s YouTube channel. After traveling ahead for a concert, the couple spent time together following the performance, looking back on 2025.

Back at their accommodation, Shinji asked Moon Won how the year had been. He replied, “It was eventful, but being by your side made it a happy time.” His brief response hinted at reflection on the challenges they faced.

Shinji described 2025 as “a different kind of year” among her 27 years with Koyote, adding that she felt the support of fans more deeply and grew stronger as a result.

Moon Won said the year prompted him to look inward and would remain a lasting memory. Later, when Shinji jokingly asked if he still didn’t know her well, Moon Won promised to be more mindful of his words and actions, hoping people would see his efforts.

Rather than offering excuses, the couple’s remarks pointed to a shift in attitude. Their message suggested a desire to respond not with words, but through change and consistency.
