They head to Deokjang to taste "Guryongpo Gwamegi," a representative local specialty of Pohang. Jang Min-ho presents a homakase course meal using Guryongpo Gwamegi for Kim Yang and Kim Yongpil. The dishes include Gwamegi grilled with perilla oil and spicy marinated grilled Gwamegi, along with a special Gwamegi menu that pairs well with champagne. During this process, Kim Yang and Kim Yongpil react to the dishes, elevating the atmosphere.

While enjoying the delicious Gwamegi, Kim Yang caught the attention of the two by saying, "I have something to brag about." She shared, "The small villa I bought 10 years ago to live with my parents has been confirmed for redevelopment. The house price has risen to five times what I paid." Kim Yang added that her house is located along the Han River line, and upon hearing this, Jang Min-ho happily said, "Congratulations."

Kim Yongpil also shared his investment experience. He revealed, "I bought land with the money I diligently saved over more than 20 years in broadcasting. It's 33 pyeong in Songpa, Seoul." Kim Yongpil disclosed a special development plan for the land, attracting attention from those around him.
