Epik High released a new episode capturing teamwork and cheerful daily life through a road trip in the United States. The video, released on the official YouTube channel 'EPIKASE' on the 8th, documented their journey to the Grand Canyon in a camper van.
The video began with Took playing the role of the driver, and Tablo acting as the navigator and mood maker in the passenger seat. Took shared a story from his early driving days when he mistakenly called a gas station "Mandeuk" instead of "Gireum Mandang" (full tank). In response, Tablo spontaneously gave him the nickname "DJ Mandeuk" and performed a freestyle rap, bringing laughter.
During the trip, Tablo mentioned that the biggest challenge of the U.S. tour was the "bathroom issue." The three stopped at a rest area to take a short break. When Tablo suggested making friendship bracelets, Took and Mithra hesitated, and after a game of rock-paper-scissors, Mithra ended up making a bracelet with Tablo.
At Tablo's request, Took performed a driving stunt holding a parking ticket in his mouth. Tablo praised him, saying, "You look like GD." When Tablo imitated Took by holding a parking ticket in his mouth, Mithra added humor by saying, "You look like a dove delivering peace." Took mentioned the dangers of driving at a constant speed and said he listens to Girls' Generation songs to stay awake. Then, he and Tablo sang "Into the New World" live. Tablo and Mithra acted out a couple's skit to keep the driver from getting sleepy.
Just before arriving at the Grand Canyon, the members talked about the age of the Earth. They encouraged subscribers in their 40s to 70s by saying, "The Earth is 4.6 billion years old, but we are still young. Don't think it's too late."
Upon arriving at Grand Canyon West, the three took a bus to enjoy the well-maintained scenery. Took warned, "Don't leave traces of your visit at famous spots around the world," and Mithra agreed. Tablo advised, "Instead of dangerous selfies, take in the view with your eyes and heart."
In front of the great outdoors, the members took various poses for perfect shots and captured the scenery with their eyes, hearts, and phones. At the caravan park, Tablo gave Took a massage for his hard work driving, and Mithra cooked ramen. The members said, "It's the same ramen, but eating it here feels different. It's life ramen." They created a solemn dining atmosphere by standing while eating, saying it was too precious to sit down.
Through 'EPIKASE,' Epik High continues to communicate with fans weekly, expressing moments of music, travel, daily life, and relationships in their own language.
