Jungkook's first solo debut song "Seven" ranked 61st on the Spotify Weekly Top Songs Global Chart for the week of January 2 to 8. The song recorded 12,119,255 streams during the week, rising in rank compared to the previous week.
"Seven" achieved the milestone of charting for 130 weeks, the first and longest period for a solo Asian artist's song. This record solidifies Jungkook's position as a global mega hit artist. Jungkook's first solo album "GOLDEN" also rose 7 spots from the previous week to rank 70th on the Spotify Weekly Top Albums Global Chart during the same period. The album set a new record by charting for 114 weeks, the first and longest for an Asian solo artist's album.
On Spotify, "GOLDEN" surpassed 6.6 billion cumulative streams, the highest for a full-length album by an Asian artist. "Seven" set a new milestone as the first Asian artist's song to reach 2.73 billion streams. Jungkook's personal Spotify account achieved a streaming record of 10.2 billion total streams, including all credits, making him the fastest Asian artist and the first K-pop solo artist to reach this milestone.
Additionally, "Seven" charted for 128 weeks on Billboard's Global 200 and 130 weeks on the Global (excluding U.S.) chart, both the first and longest records for an Asian solo artist. Through these achievements, Jungkook is proving his outstanding music performance and strong influence in the global music market.
