Actress Go Jun-hee recently conducted a real estate tour. On the 12th, a video titled "A Duplex Terrace House Met in the Nice Neighborhoods of Hannam-dong and Seorae Village" was released on the YouTube channel 'Go Jun-hee GO.' In the video, Go Jun-hee stated, "I plan to look at Hannam-dong and Seorae Village because I want to see houses in new neighborhoods." She added, "I will carefully check the interiors as if I were really going to live there. I tend to look at the view and the layout of the house. I hope the structure is different from my current home."

Go Jun-hee first visited a duplex house in Hannam-dong. The house consisted of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The agent explained, "The floor area is 50 pyeong, and the duplex is another 50 pyeong, totaling 100 pyeong." While inspecting the interior, Go Jun-hee shared her thoughts on how she might decorate it. A smart TV was installed in the mirror of the master bathroom on the first floor, and various new technologies were applied, such as a ceiling that opens on the second floor. Upon hearing that the sale price of this house was 6.8 billion won, Go Jun-hee said, "Someone could buy it, and I could just move in with a lease."

The second house she visited was located in Hannam-dong's U&Village, featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms. From the terrace connected to the living room, one could enjoy a panoramic view of the Han River. The agent explained, "The exclusive area is 83 pyeong, and the terrace garden is a service area of over 40 pyeong. The sale price is 19.8 billion won." After touring the house, Go Jun-hee commented, "The house is too big. The electricity bill must be high. It's nice to have a terrace, but wouldn't it be too hot in the summer? I understand why the owner recommended this place and why many people look at it, but it's too much and too big for me to live alone. A duplex seems like too much."

The third house was located in Seorae Village, with a sale price of 5.5 billion won. Go Jun-hee repeatedly said, "I like it." She added, "Why do I say 'I like it' so much? I never thought about Seorae Village, but it feels good." After hearing the sale price, Go Jun-hee mentioned, "There is definitely a big price difference compared to Gangnam. This place is bigger and quieter, but the sale price is about half." The maintenance fee for this house was reported to be around 800,000 to 1,000,000 won per month.

Finally, Go Jun-hee said with a smile, "I never thought about anywhere other than Gangnam, but after seeing these nice houses, I started considering neighborhoods I never thought of. I have a lot to think about regarding where to live. I wonder if I'll end up going house hunting again next time."
