Netflix variety show "Single's Inferno 5" held a production presentation on January 14 at Hotel Naru Seoul M Gallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by co-directors Kim Jae-won and Park Soo-ji PD, as well as MCs Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, Hanhae, and Dex. "Single's Inferno 5" is a dating reality show set on the island "Inferno," where participants can only escape by becoming a couple, and it will premiere on Netflix on the 20th.

Dex said, "They say blood is thicker than water, but even though I appeared in season 2, 'Single's Inferno 5' is more fun than season 2. It's truly a legendary season." He emphasized that while the cast's tendencies could become fixed, this season is so fresh that it makes you wonder, "Where did you find these characters?"

Hong Jin-kyung said, "Reaching season 5 means it can go up to season 15," adding, "Surpassing 5 means the possibilities are open." Kyuhyun expressed anticipation for season 6, saying, "Every season I wonder if it can be more fun than the last, but 'Single's Inferno' always surpasses the previous season."

Lee Da-hee said, "When we did season 1, I wondered if there would be a next season, but watching this season, I thought it could go up to season 10," adding, "The production team has awakened and made it properly, and I'm confident we can trust the cast." Hanhae expressed high satisfaction, saying, "We always say 'legendary,' but season 5 was truly the most fun, to the extent that all the MCs agree."

Dex said, "The pool scene I appeared in during season 2 became a hot topic. Personally, I think there's a pool scene that surpasses that," adding, "From now on, when people talk about 'Single's Inferno' pool scenes, it will be season 5, not season 2 Dex's scene."

The production team explained that the "Single's Inferno" series has continued to generate global buzz since its launch in 2021, and this season returns with even more fiery singles. Each MC emphasized the fun and anticipation for season 5 and expressed positive opinions about its future potential.

Although the cast's tendencies may become fixed as the seasons progress, "Single's Inferno 5" is expected to captivate viewers with new characters and interesting developments. The production team hinted that preparations for season 6 have already begun, raising expectations for what's to come.
