Comedian Kang Jae-jun apologized to singer Chuu. On the January 14 broadcast of SBS PowerFM's "Escape at 2 PM Cultwo Show," Hwang Chi-yeul served as the special DJ, and Kang Jae-jun and Chuu appeared as guests on the "Let's Just Meet in the Middle" segment. During the broadcast, Kim Tae-gyun shared viewers' reactions to the combination of Kang Jae-jun and Chuu. Kim Tae-gyun said, "There was a comment on the appearance announcement post saying, 'What kind of combination is this?' Jae-jun replied to that comment, saying, 'I'm just sorry, Chuu, for no reason.'"
On the show that day, Kang Jae-jun apologized for his appearance itself, saying, "I wish I had done it with a more handsome and neat guy." Kim Tae-gyun mentioned that members of CNBLUE appeared in parts 1 and 2. Kang Jae-jun said, "They greeted very brightly outside," after seeing the CNBLUE members greet cheerfully. In response, Chuu explained, "It's not that I showed different reactions depending on the person," adding, "We had met before because of a challenge."
Kang Jae-jun recently talked about the yo-yo effect. He said, "All the articles about Kang Jae-jun are just news about the yo-yo effect," and Chuu and Kim Tae-gyun comforted him by saying, "The yo-yo effect isn't bad news," and "It's better than not having any articles at all." However, Kang Jae-jun lamented, "It's not good either." Kang Jae-jun responded to Chuu's comfort by saying, "Chuu has changed compared to the old days."
Meanwhile, Chuu released her first full-length album, "XO, My Cyberlove," on January 7. The album includes a total of nine tracks, including the title track of the same name, "XO, My Cyberlove." Kang Jae-jun successfully lost 33 kg through running but recently confessed to a 5 kg yo-yo effect on "GiyuTV."
