Jung Yong-hwa appeared on SBS PowerFM's 'Escape at 2 O'clock Cultwo Show' to clarify his review of 'Ebbatwi.' On the January 14 broadcast, hosted by Hwang Chi-yeul as a special DJ, CNBLUE appeared as guests on the 'Special Invitation' segment. During the show, CNBLUE members mentioned repeatedly saying 'Everybody run' during their festival performances. Jung Yong-hwa said, "For those seeing it for the first time, they wondered 'Why do they keep making us run?' and said it was scary when 'Everybody run' came up."
Jung Yong-hwa gave a detailed explanation about the performance review. He emphasized, "I didn't say it exactly like that. It seems a bit like MSG was added. We take about a 10-second break during it. I say, 'Now you can take a short rest,' and after 10 seconds, we run again." Hwang Chi-yeul revealed related evidence photos, saying, "There was even footage of us pointing the camera at friends to make sure they wouldn't stop running."
CNBLUE released their third full-length album '3LOGY' on January 7. This album is their first full album in 11 years since their second full album '2gether,' released in 2015. The album includes a total of 10 tracks, including the title song 'Killer Joy.'
Jung Yong-hwa also shared a special greeting method with Yoo Jae-suk on the broadcast. He said, "For 16 years, without missing a single year, I have done Park Young-gyu's 'Aigo Bae-ya' impersonation." Jung Yong-hwa explained, "When Yoo Jae-suk hyung and Kang Ho-dong hyung appear on variety shows, they ask me to do the impersonation, so I do it. It seems the MC hyungs found it funny."
Jung Yong-hwa mentioned that he goes to the same gym as Yoo Jae-suk and referred to entering through the entrance while looking in the mirror. He introduced the greeting method, saying, "From afar, he does 'Aigo Bae-ya.' Since he's a senior, I can't just say 'Hello,' so I start the engine as I go in."
When asked if he had met Park Young-gyu, Jung Yong-hwa replied, "We acted together in a drama. At that time, he didn't know it was me. Now, I think he knows." He added, "I don't bring it up first." CNBLUE members laughed, saying, "That's a relief. He found out late."
