Black Pink makes a comeback after 3 years and 4 months... Mini album 'DEADLINE' to be released on February 27

Group Black Pink has confirmed their comeback on February 27. YG Entertainment announced the release of 'BLACKPINK 3rd MINI ALBUM [DEADLINE]' on the 15th through their official blog. The album's comeback promotion began with motion graphics utilizing the team's signature colors, black and pink. The released video created tension as pink lights swiftly cut through the darkness.

The album 'DEADLINE' shares the same title as the concert held last July at Goyang Sports Complex, the first by a K-pop girl group at the venue. Black Pink is currently conducting a world tour targeting audiences worldwide, starting with this concert. YG Entertainment stated that major album work, including music video filming, has already been completed, and final touches are being made to ensure the highest quality.

YG said, "We deeply thank the fans who have waited for a considerable time. We plan to repay you with high-quality music, so please show much interest." Black Pink is currently on a world tour with 33 shows across 16 cities. They will perform at Tokyo Dome in Japan from January 16 to 18 and will conclude the tour at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong from January 24 to 26.

Black Pink will release a new album for the first time in about three years and four months since their second full album 'BORN PINK' released in September 2022. Through the digital single 'JUMP' released last July, they achieved their third number one on the US Billboard Global 200 chart, setting records as the first and most K-pop girl group to do so.

This album release is expected to further strengthen Black Pink's connection with their global fans. Black Pink continues to set new records in K-pop and establish themselves as a top global girl group. The album 'DEADLINE' is also anticipated to make a significant impact.

Black Pink communicates with fans worldwide through their world tour, continuing their musical achievements with performances in each city. As part of the world tour, they will have special meetings with fans through concerts in Japan and Hong Kong.

YG Entertainment plans to continuously update detailed information about Black Pink's comeback and world tour schedule. Fans are raising their expectations for Black Pink's new album and performances. Black Pink will continue to contribute to the global spread of K-pop and sustain their musical achievements.
