Superpowers from rubbing eyes? AHOF Woongi’s quirky childhood imagination

Steve and Woongi, members of the boy group AHOF, revealed a charming side of themselves that contrasts sharply with their charismatic on-stage personas. In the 41st episode of their original content "AHOF The Record," released on the 25th, the two shared a private and adorable conversation while rooming together in Kaohsiung for the AAA 2025 schedule.

“I am Doctor Strange”... Steve’s tearful(?) training saga It all started with a conversation about "heroes." Steve made a surprise confession: “I wanted to be Doctor Strange so badly that I used to practice all by myself.” His innocent story of drawing magic circles like the movie hero and training seriously to gain supernatural powers flustered even his fellow members, turning the scene into a sea of laughter.

“I thought the things I saw when rubbing my eyes were superpowers”... Woongi’s top-secret Following Steve's confession, Woongi opened up about his own "secret" as if he had been waiting for the right moment. He began, “When I was in first grade, I was convinced I had real superpowers, so I told only my best friend in secret.”

The "superpower" Woongi believed in was actually the "afterimages seen after rubbing one's eyes." Woongi explained, “If you rub your eyes hard, you see colorful shapes. I thought it was a special ability that only I possessed and others couldn’t see,” making everyone burst into laughter. However, the moment he shared this secret, his friend replied, “Huh? I can do that too,” instantly crushing his dreams of being a superhero.
