The group Enhypen (ENHYPEN) will release their 7th mini album, 'THE SIN : VANISH,' on January 16 at 2 PM. This album is a masterpiece by Enhypen, who established themselves as the new leader of K-pop by winning grand prizes at major music awards last year. 'THE SIN : VANISH' opens the new album series 'THE SIN,' which is themed around sin. The album's concept tells the story of lovers who break taboos and escape in a world where humans and vampires coexist.

The title track, "Knife," is a song that Enhypen prepared with great determination, featuring a dark atmosphere and a strong, impactful trap beat. This song conveys the confidence of lovers who face any threat without backing down, as well as Enhypen's powerful energy. Gaeko of Dynamic Duo participated in writing the lyrics, adding vivid colors to the song.

On January 15, Enhypen posted a preview video of the "Knife" challenge section on their official SNS. In this video, Enhypen showcased flawless synchronized choreography as if riding a seesaw, with a signature move where their hands form sharp blades, giving an intuitive and sophisticated impression. The members' movements soaring in the darkness combined with the heavy rhythm heightened anticipation for their comeback stage.

'THE SIN : VANISH' is not just a simple album. It is a highly complete concept album where the narrative, lyrics, and sound of every track are organically intertwined. Enhypen structured the album by adopting the format of the investigative journalism program 'Mystery Show,' which tracks unprecedented incidents. The album is meticulously arranged with a total of six songs, four narration tracks, and one skit. Each track follows the flow of complex emotions from the moment the vampire lovers decide to escape to the feelings they face at the end.

Actor Park Jung-min voices the host of the 'Mystery Show,' leading the four narration tracks and supporting the album's narrative. The narration tracks are produced in four languages: Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese, conveying the album's deep emotional line. Gaeko wrote the lyrics for the title track "Knife" and the included song "Big Girls Don't Cry" with a sensitive use of language.

So!YoON! (Hwang So-yoon), who features on the track "No Way Back (Feat. So!YoON!)," created rich harmonies with Enhypen through her unique tone and delicate sensibility. Jake included his first self-composed song, "Sleep Tight," and participated in producing the narration track "The Beginning of the Incident." "Sleep Tight" sincerely expresses the emotions between brief happiness and anxiety found after the escape. Heeseung also contributed to writing part of this song's lyrics.

Enhypen recently held an interview at a café in Mapo-gu, Seoul, to commemorate the release of their 7th mini album 'THE SIN : VANISH.' Jungwon said, "We are making a comeback after seven months. We wanted to quickly show the public the result that satisfies all seven members and the staff." Jay stated, "This is a highly satisfying album prepared through a long period of effort. Like the title track's name, this album was really made by 'sharpening the knife,' so please show a lot of interest."

Sunghoon said, "We were grateful to receive three grand prizes last year, and we worked hard to show a fitting image." Ni-ki expressed confidence, saying, "From the moment I heard the demo of the 7th mini album, I thought, 'This album will succeed.' It is composed of catchy songs. I came this far with the thought of wanting to show it quickly."

Jay emphasized that since this is a concept album, the promotion itself is the beginning of the album. He said, "I think immersion is the most important thing to enjoy this album. Immersion starts from the pre-promotion, so we prepared various elements."

Jake explained about the title track "Knife," "It is a song that expresses the confidence and emotions shown amid fear and anxiety during the escape process. When you see the performance, you will feel the overwhelming concept of the song." He also spoke about the final track "Sleep Tight," saying, "It is a song that expresses the feelings experienced after the escape."

Through this album, Enhypen plans to provide a deeper immersive experience. This album, featuring top artists from various fields, is being recognized as a work that opens a new horizon in K-pop.
