With this, 'Miss Trot 4' has ranked first among all daily programs across all channels for five consecutive weeks, first among all channels in the same time slot, first among daily general programming and cable channels, first among Thursday variety shows overall, and first among weekly variety shows across all channels. The peak viewership rating reached 14.6%.
This broadcast centered on 1:1 death matches. Thirty-six trot queens competed for survival in fierce battles with no draws allowed. The first match was a showdown between trot prodigies, with 12-year-old Bae Seo-yeon and 10-year-old Jeon Ha-yoon competing.
