Jang Yoon-jung spoke about the past power struggle with Go Hyun-jung. On the January 15th broadcast of KBS 2TV's "Problematic Men in the Rooftop Room," Jang Yoon-jung appeared alongside Hwang Shin-hye and reminisced about their experiences as MCs. Jang Yoon-jung was Miss Korea in 1987, and Go Hyun-jung was the runner-up in 1989; they co-hosted a program called "Saturday Parade."

Jang Yoon-jung explained the situation at the time, saying, "Go Hyun-jung and I were the first female duo MCs. Back then, variety shows were live broadcasts without teleprompters, so we had to memorize all the lines." She added, "There was a lot of interest because two female MCs were hosting, and we were both college students at the time. Since it was a live broadcast during the hottest time slot on Saturday evenings, there was a lot of pressure not to make mistakes." After the live broadcast ended, the two embraced each other in relief and congratulated each other on a job well done.

When MC Kim Sook asked, "Was there a power struggle back then too?" Jang Yoon-jung replied, "There was a subtle competition," adding, "I didn't see it negatively; rather, it was an opportunity for us to improve." She explained, "We would check each other's outfits, wondering 'What did she wear today?' and if I felt lacking, I would prepare even one more thing." Jang Yoon-jung added, "Our clothes gradually became more glamorous."

On this episode, Hwang Shin-hye said, "I really wanted to come to 'Rooftop Room,' so I'm very happy," sharing her thoughts on appearing. She greeted Jang Yoon-jung by saying, "I hope you're having a happy new year," lightening the mood. The MCs warmly greeted the two, saying, "You're the older sisters from the book cover. You're so beautiful."

Jang Yoon-jung recalled her time as Miss Korea, saying, "There were three legendary beauty salons in Daegu, and they took turns producing the winners," and revealed, "I was the first in our country to place second in the global Miss Universe pageant." This statement surprised the cast.

Joo Woo-jae revealed his connection with model Lee Jin, Hwang Shin-hye's daughter, saying, "We did a photoshoot together." Hwang Shin-hye praised Joo Woo-jae, saying, "I didn't know he was such a cool person. He sings very well and is smart." In response, Kim Sook, Kim Jong-kook, Yang Se-chan, and Song Eun-i jokingly protested, saying, "We still don't know his charm," which caused laughter.
