Broadcaster Boom and actor Kim Jae-won will appear as surprise guests on KBS 2TV's variety show "1 Night 2 Days Season 4." The two will participate in the first story of the "2026 Winter Workshop," which was held in Pyeongchang-gun and Inje-gun, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, airing on the 18th.

While the members were preparing for the opening at the filming site, Boom and Kim Jae-won suddenly appeared. They revealed that they decided to appear due to their connection with the members and production staff at the after-party of the "2025 KBS Entertainment Awards" held last year. Boom brought his personal speaker and operated the "Boom Box," playing background music at all times to lift the members' spirits. He also showcased a B-grade live broadcast style, reminiscent of a trot singing competition program, with his unique ad-libs, creating chaos on set.

Although DinDin tried to stop him, saying, "This is not that kind of program," Boom showed a strong presence with a new style different from the existing "1 Night 2 Days," performing from 2000s dance time to DJing.

On the other hand, Kim Jae-won started filming calmly. In a pre-interview, he surprised the members by saying, "I like fair play. I can't stand cheating." However, once the mission began, he openly cheated and quickly adapted to the "1 Night 2 Days" atmosphere. As the recording progressed, he revealed his hidden clumsiness and unexpected sense of humor, making everyone laugh. Kim Jae-won said, "I lose a lot by coming here," showing a seemingly regretful attitude about his appearance.
