Singer Lee Hyuk will release the song "Love That Keeps Me Alive" from the music connect project "Wish+" on various online music platforms at 6 PM on the 18th.
"Love That Keeps Me Alive" is an OST track from the 2018 KBS2 drama "Mrs. Cha Dal-rae's Love," originally sung by Geum Jan-di. The remake enhances the original's atmosphere of love that keeps one alive despite no particular reason, by adding Lee Hyuk's calm and steady voice to deepen the emotional weight.
Lee Hyuk showcases his charming vocal tone, which had been overshadowed by his reputation as a "high-pitch specialist," in this remake. He intensively expresses lyrics such as "Love that keeps me alive / Love without any reason / It's there, don't go far away / I will be the one to hurt," increasing the immersion.
Recently, Lee Hyuk has actively continued his music activities by releasing solo albums "Don't Know Men," "You," and "Even If We Meet Again Later," and participating in OSTs for the drama "UDT: Our Neighborhood Special Forces" and the movie "Master and Son-in-law." He also communicates with the public through various video contents such as variety shows and YouTube.
The "Wish+" project is a sentimental collaboration project that adds newness to music that contains wishes, meaning music that I want to listen to and music I want to share.
The "Wish+" project song "Love That Keeps Me Alive," sung by Lee Hyuk, will be available for listening from 6 PM on the 18th.
