Black Pink captivated 160,000 fans at Tokyo Dome... sold out all seats for the first time in 3 years

The group Black Pink is moving toward the final chapter of their third world tour at Tokyo Dome in Japan. From January 16 to 18, Black Pink held the 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [DEADLINE] IN TOKYO' concerts at Tokyo Dome. This marks their third time performing at Tokyo Dome following 2019 and 2023, making it significant as the scale has expanded each year. The concerts sold out immediately upon ticket release, attracting a total of 165,000 attendees over three days. This once again proved Black Pink's unparalleled ticket power in Japan.

To commemorate the concerts, a relay pop-up store and various collaboration merchandise were launched, heightening the excitement. On the first day of the concert, a light-up campaign was held simultaneously at Japan's four major towers: Kobe Port Tower, Tokyo Tower, Nagoya Mirai Tower, and Sapporo TV Tower. At Tokyo Dome, many fans lined up to purchase merchandise.

The atmosphere exploded on stage. Black Pink opened the concerts with mega hits like "Kill This Love" and "Pink Venom." Their powerful live performances instantly captivated the audience, and their deepened charisma and highly polished performances elevated the energy at Tokyo Dome to its peak. The well-made production, combining live band sound and YG's concert expertise, enhanced the immersion of the show.

The members continued the concert with a setlist covering Black Pink's musical journey, from their debut songs "Whistle" and "Boombayah" to "JUMP," released during the tour. There was also a special communication time with fans. During the encore, the four members moved throughout the venue, connecting with the audience, who responded with applause and cheers, sharing the moment until the very end.

Regarding the concert, Black Pink said, "Time flew by so quickly, it's a bit sad. We received so much energy over these three days. We want to express our love and gratitude to each and every one of you." Having successfully completed the Tokyo Dome concerts, Black Pink will meet fans at Hong Kong's Kai Tak Stadium from January 24 to 26. This will mark the finale of the 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR,' which spans 16 cities and 33 shows.

Meanwhile, Black Pink will release their mini-album 3 [DEADLINE] on February 27 at 2 p.m. (KST). This is their first full-group album in about three years and five months since their second studio album [BORN PINK], raising expectations for the return of these world-class artists. Black Pink's present and future direction are attracting much attention.
