Maboz's Dokyeom and Seungkwan from the group Seventeen are gaining global fans' attention with the genre-crossing 'Blue' vocal challenge. On January 22, they attracted attention by releasing a duet challenge with singer WOODZ (Cho Seungyoun). WOODZ's sharp high notes and Dokyeom's refreshing tone combined to add new charm to 'Blue.'

Seungkwan collaborated with singer-songwriter Ha Hyunsang for the challenge. The two showcased emotional chemistry based on the rapport built through working on the solo track 'Raindrops (SEUNGKWAN Solo).' 'Blue,' reinterpreted by artists from various genres, is receiving positive responses. Emotional masters such as Baek Ji-young, Kim Tae-woo, and Heize participated, along with Daybreak, who arranged the original song into a band sound, and george and SOLE, who added R&B techniques.

The challenge videos highlight different personalities and skills, enhancing the listening experience. Virtual artist Hebi and the group PLAVE, known for their unique worldview, also participated, showcasing diverse charms. Dokyeom and Seungkwan's challenge videos continue to increase in views, with the pre-release video before the album launch surpassing 180 million views. Recently, another challenge also exceeded 100 million views.

On music charts, 'Blue' is securing top positions and gaining public favor. 'Blue' ranked number one on Korea's YouTube 'Trending Music' and Instagram's 'Rising Audio.' Additionally, on the latest Circle Chart weekly download chart (tracking period January 11–17), all tracks including 'Blue' entered the top 10.

On January 23, Dokyeom and Seungkwan are scheduled to appear on the popular YouTube channel Dingo Music's program 'Eslive 2,' showcasing their Maboz-level vocal skills. The teaser video released the day before features the two singing their first duet and Seventeen's first full-length album track 'Say Yes,' raising expectations.

This challenge is creating new appeal through Seventeen's musical diversity and artist collaborations, serving as an opportunity to strengthen communication with fans.
