The first concert of group BTS's world tour sold out in Goyang. BTS will hold "BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN GOYANG" at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium on April 9, 11, and 12. This concert can accommodate about 80,000 spectators over three days. The agency Big Hit Music announced that all seats for the three shows were sold out during the fan club pre-sale held on the 22nd.

Performances in Tampa, USA, and Stanford have also been added. The addition of one show in each location is due to BTS's explosive popularity. In particular, the solo concert at Stanford Stadium is the second case recorded after Coldplay.

Starting with the Goyang concerts, "BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'" will continue with performances at Tokyo Dome in Japan on April 17 and 18. Afterwards, it plans to visit North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. This world tour is scheduled for a total of 81 shows in 34 cities, marking the highest number of shows in K-pop tour history.

Global interest in BTS is evident in various ways. Claudia Sheinbaum, President of Mexico City, welcomed the Mexico concerts to be held at Estadio GNP Seguros on May 7, 9, and 10, calling it "a historic moment."

Major overseas media are also paying attention to BTS's world tour. Forbes in the United States reported, "A scale that sets a new standard in the history of Korean artists' tours," while USA Today stated, "They will make history once again through this concert."

BTS will release their fifth full-length album "ARIRANG" on March 20. The album contains a total of 14 tracks and deals with universal emotions such as the team's identity, longing, and deep love. Through this album, BTS plans to sincerely capture "the current BTS."
