Members of the group Astro expressed their longing while commemorating the late Moonbin's birthday. MJ, Jinjin, and Yoon Sanha of Astro posted messages celebrating the late Moonbin's birthday on their respective social media accounts on January 26.

MJ shared a photo of the two wearing black baseball caps with the caption, "Happy birthday, Bin." Jinjin posted a photo of Moonbin with the message, "Happy birthday to my younger brother. I love you and miss you." He also expressed his feelings by adding, "I wish I had taken more pictures." Yoon Sanha uploaded a photo of Moonbin's back taken at a swimming pool on his account, leaving the message, "Happy birthday, hyung. I will love you forever."

On the other hand, Cha Eunwoo did not post a congratulatory message that day. He was recently involved in a tax evasion scandal worth around 20 billion won. Last year, Cha Eunwoo sent a "Happy birthday" message for Moonbin's birthday, but this time he posted an apology.

Moonbin debuted as a member of Astro in 2016 and continued his activities with various songs. He also challenged acting and performed unit activities with member Yoon Sanha. However, Moonbin suddenly passed away in April 2023. Even after his death, members and acquaintances remember Moonbin and observe his birthday and anniversary. Last year, they released a memorial song titled "Moon in a Dream" to mark the second anniversary of Moonbin's passing.
