In the New Star vote for the fourth week of January, held from January 19 to January 26, HADES secured first place with 238,054 votes. CORTIS followed in second with 164,737 votes, while UNIS placed third with 101,005 votes.

The New Star Ranking selects promising rookie idols who debuted in or after 2023. Under FANNSTAR’s reward system, artists who hold No.1 for five consecutive weeks (with at least 2.5 million cumulative votes) receive media wall advertising at Yongsan Station I’Park Mall. At ten consecutive weeks (with at least 5 million cumulative votes), the achievement is promoted via the Hongdae M-Screen.

Additionally, special rewards are granted regardless of rank when cumulative vote milestones are reached: 10 million votes at the Eugene Building in Yeouido, 30 million votes at the Mirae Plaza digital billboard near Hongdae Station, and 70 million votes at the horizontal digital billboard in Wangsimni.
