Monsta X·IVE·Kiki's global sprint... Kakao Entertainment artists to take the world stage in 2026

Artists under Kakao Entertainment are launching large-scale global activities in 2026, including new album releases and world tours. They plan to accelerate the expansion of their global fandoms and further solidify their positions as representative K-pop artists.

Monsta X (MONSTA X), under Starship, will embark on a world tour as their first activity of 2026. Monsta X began full-group activities last year to celebrate their 10th anniversary, and member Jooheon released a solo mini-album on January 5. Monsta X will start their world tour "THE X : NEXUS" at Seoul KSPO Dome from January 30 to February 1. This tour, their first in about four years since September 2022, will be held in major regions including Asia and Latin America. Monsta X set a career-high first-week sales record with their mini-album "THE X," released last year, and achieved strong results on global charts.

IVE will begin full-scale global activities starting with a new album release at the end of February. IVE plans to release a pre-release track on February 9, followed by their second world tour "Show What I Am." The world tour, which began last October at Seoul KSPO Dome, will continue through various regions including Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan in April, as well as North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. IVE has achieved an unparalleled record of seven consecutive million-seller albums.

Rookie group KiiiKiii, under Starship, released their second mini-album "Delulu Pack" on the 26th. The album includes the title track "404 (New Era)" along with new songs in various genres. KiiiKiii gained attention with their debut song "I DO ME" last year and stood out as the only K-pop girl group to participate in "Music Expo Live 2025" held at Tokyo Dome.

WOODZ (Cho Seung-yeon), under EDAM Entertainment, announced plans to release a full-length album in 2026. WOODZ topped the Melon annual chart last year with "Drowning" and was recognized for his producing skills with the single "I Will Never Love Again," released after his military discharge. Additionally, he will take on an acting challenge by appearing in the film "Slide Strum Mute," set to release on February 26.

Artists under Antenna continue their active promotions. Solo artists such as Kyuhyun and Jung Seung-hwan communicate with fans through various stages, while the band Dragon Pony is increasing its potential for growth in the global music market as a leading K-band.

Kakao Entertainment's global band hrtz.wave has confirmed their debut in the first half of the year. hrtz.wave is a five-member band formed through the global band-making project "Still Heart Club," recognized for their musicality and performance skills through a survival process. Even before their official debut, they have been expanding communication with fans by releasing various content.

Kakao Entertainment is establishing multifaceted plans based on its capabilities in music production, distribution, and marketing to support the global activities of its artists. Through this, they aim to help K-pop artists become more active on the world stage.
