On the 21st, Hwang Chi-yeul communicated with fans through an Instagram Live broadcast. On this day, he shared news of the jaw-dropping cold, saying, "The weather outside is brutal. They say it's minus 12 degrees."
While discussing heating with fans, Hwang Chi-yeul shocked them by revealing, "I haven't turned on the home boiler yet." He appeared nonchalant, stating, "The indoor temperature is about 19 degrees, so it's not that cold. The floor is a bit chilly, but I can just wear slippers."
When fans reacted by asking, "Are you trying to save on heating bills?", Hwang Chi-yeul appealed his innocence and offered an explanation. He preached his firm "philosophy for a good night's sleep," saying, "I'm not doing it to save money. I just don't like the air being too stuffy and hot," adding, "I sleep better when it's slightly cool."
