Rookie boy group NAZE is attracting attention from viewers both domestically and internationally with their drama debut. NAZE is appearing as a full group in the drama "DREAM STAGE," which is being broadcast on Japan's terrestrial broadcaster TBS. The drama is also scheduled to premiere on tvN at 12:15 AM on January 27.
In "DREAM STAGE," NAZE plays trainees dreaming of debuting, depicting their process of enduring harsh lessons and strict rules. Their unity in pursuit of their dream as K-pop artists closely mirrors NAZE's own journey toward their official debut, blurring the lines between fiction and reality and drawing viewers into the story.
The first episode of the drama ranked second in the daily rankings on the Japanese OTT service TVer as of the 18th after its release. As of the 24th, it has surpassed 2.01 million views, receiving great response. TVer is Japan's largest OTT platform, recording 44.6 million monthly users and 650 million monthly video views as of December last year. These achievements highlight the high level of public interest in "DREAM STAGE."
Alongside this, the scheduling of "DREAM STAGE" on tvN has been confirmed, and NAZE's all-around charm is expected to bring enjoyment to viewers both in Korea and abroad. NAZE has also received praise for directly participating in the vocals of the drama's OST "Wanderlust" and the theme song "BABYBOO."
NAZE has left a strong impression on K-pop fans by performing two live songs on various stages, including Japan's largest fashion festival TGC, the illumination event Blue Cave Shibuya, and local mini live shows. NAZE is preparing to meet global fans with the "DREAM STAGE" showcase tour, scheduled for February 6 at Tokyo Ebisu Liquidroom, February 11 at Osaka Namba Hatch, and February 26 at Zepp Fukuoka.
Before their official debut, NAZE has proven their outstanding abilities through active pre-debut activities and recently confirmed their influence by receiving love calls from major Japanese brands. They are also actively participating in various TBS variety programs such as "SASUKE 2025," "Comparing the World," "Door x Door Quest," and "Naomi Watanabe's Zero-Night Vacation."
TBS's Friday drama "DREAM STAGE" airs every Tuesday at 12:15 AM and can also be viewed on the Japanese culture specialty channel channelJ and the OTT platform TVing. With NAZE's drama debut, their activities are gaining even more attention.
