Younha releases first remake album in 22 years... 'Subcharacter One' to be released on March 9


Singer Younha will release her first remake album, "SUB CHARACTER," at 6 p.m. on March 9, marking 22 years since her debut. Prior to this, some tracks from the album were pre-released at 6 p.m. on the 2nd.

On January 30 and February 1, Younha's official SNS revealed the remake album's timetable and comeback poster image. The poster includes various objects such as a birthday cake, camera, apple, candle, couple ring, pillow, TV, mobile phone, balloon, and a Polaroid photo featuring Younha.

According to the timetable, after the pre-release track, Younha will sequentially unveil various teaser contents before the comeback, including the album cover image, tracklists for four songs, three concept photos, two commentary videos, the "SUB CHARACTER" teaser, and a highlight medley video. Around the comeback day on March 9, music videos for all four songs will also be released sequentially.

"SUB CHARACTER" is Younha's first remake album, in which she expresses confidence in its musical completeness. The title of the pre-release track has not been disclosed, and through music videos for each track and abundant content, she presents classic songs reinterpreted with her unique color and emotion.

Recently, Younha successfully held her small theater concert "Shining Winter" 12 times. After the performances, she has been focusing on preparing for the remake album release and continues active activities since the beginning of the new year.

The pre-release track from "SUB CHARACTER" is available on various online music sites from 6 p.m. on the 2nd. Physical album pre-orders will begin at 3 p.m. on the 13th.
