The New Star ranking selects promising rookie idols who debuted in 2023 or later. On FANNSTAR, artists who place first on the New Star ranking for five consecutive weeks (with cumulative votes exceeding 2.5 million) are rewarded with an advertisement on the media wall at I’Park Mall, Yongsan Station, Seoul. A 10-week consecutive win (with cumulative votes exceeding 5 million) is announced via an advertisement on the Hongdae M Screen in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
In addition, regardless of ranking, special rewards are granted to all artists who reach certain cumulative vote milestones. Upon reaching 10 million votes, an advertisement is displayed on the Yujin Building electronic billboard in Yeouido, Seoul; at 30 million votes, on the Future Plaza billboard at Hongdae Station; and at 70 million votes, on the horizontal LED screen in Wangsimni, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
Along with HADES’s first-place achievement, fans who participated in the voting sent congratulatory messages through FANNSTAR’s official messaging service. A fan with the nickname “Hades-eu” said, “Let’s be with HADES for a long time.”
