Tomoya of the group NEXZ honestly opened up about his first impression of member Haru.

On the 2nd, the video for their original content '[NEX2U] EP.02' was released on NEXZ's official YouTube channel. In the video, the team's eldest members, Tomoya and Haru, appeared and reminisced about their memories from their trainee days.

When asked about his first impression of Haru, Tomoya confessed, "I'm really sorry, but I thought you just got in with your face as soon as you arrived," adding, "I thought you were a member chosen for visuals rather than singing or dancing skills," evoking laughter.

Tomoya continued, "Haru found K-pop dance and singing difficult at first. He joined late and had to catch up with me and Hyui, so I think it must have been really hard for him," expressing how his heart ached for Haru at the time. To this, Haru replied, "Because I couldn't do anything, I worked harder to prove with my actions why I belong here," adding a heartwarming touch.
