Singer Hwang Chi-yeul conveyed his honest feelings to fans awaiting his comeback.

During a "way home" live broadcast held on the 3rd, Hwang Chi-yeul stated, "I am preparing very cautiously," in response to fans' questions about his new album plans. He shared the progress, saying, "I want fans to feel that 'this is a perfect fit for Hwang Chi-yeul' when they hear it," adding, "I am receiving and selecting many songs, and I am also looking at songs written by my juniors at the company."

He continued, "I don't want to make it in a rush, chased by time right now. I am trying my best to release it around the second half of the year," and revealed his sincerity towards music by saying, "The fact that I can release a mini-album is something to be grateful for in itself. The reality is that an album must sell to make the next one possible, so I will work tirelessly to create a masterpiece, thinking of it as my last."
