The daily life of singer Young Tak has been revealed. On February 3rd, a video titled "First video upload. In the video, Young Tak turned on the camera and started washing his face. During the shaving process, he mentioned, "The sound of the razor cutting through the beard is so raw." After washing his face, Young Tak turned on the light for skincare and explained, "I apply just three things: toner, serum, and cream." He then said, "How am I supposed to run holding this? I've seen people even film putting on their shoes like this," and went outside for a run.

While running, Young Tak said, "As always, I run slowly. Can I run holding this?" and started running. He explained, "If you pinpoint the coordinates, it's 3.2 km going and 3.2 km coming back. Including walking, it's about 6 to 7 km round trip. Since I'm not checking anything precisely or timing myself to enter a competition, I just live like this."

The next day, Young Tak went out for a run. He said, "I wear toe socks. They say it's good for health to give space and spread between the toes like this." Young Tak ate in the car for his schedule. He explained, "Today is the way to the year-end finals of 'National Singing Contest.' It is said that the show will be decorated with songs frequently sung by the contestants throughout the year, and my selected song is senior singer Na Hoon-a's 'Broken Wall Clock.' So I have to sing well."

Also, Young Tak headed to KBS for the recording of 'Gag Concert.' He revealed that he decided to pay homage to the Disney+ original series 'Pine.' Young Tak appeared wearing a wig, and after the recording, he said, "Thank you for having me." Comedian Jo Soo-yeon praised him, saying, "You are my benefactor.
