Park Na-rae is included in the MC lineup of the program and will appear alongside Jun Hyun-moo, Park Ha-sun, Shin Dong, and Kang Ji-young.

"Destiny War 49" is a survival program where 49 fortune tellers test their fate through various missions. Walt Disney Company Korea stated that this program will break the mold of existing survival variety shows, delivering fresh shocks and fun with a new format. The released trailer includes various settings, from missions to find a person who was actually struck by lightning to missions that read the flow of money.
