
'National Singing Contest' invites Lee Chan-won as a guest singer ahead of its 2,152nd episode. This episode will air on February 8th and will be held at a special stage on the west side of Daegu Library, set against the backdrop of Nam-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City. Fifteen finalist teams will showcase a variety of unique talents and outstanding vocal skills.
The guest singer, known as the "Next Generation Queen of Events," Miss Kim, will open the stage with the song "Will Be." Following her, Moon Yeon-joo, called the "Lee Hyori of the Trot World," will demonstrate refined vocal skills and stage manners with the song "Young Master." Kim Sung-hwan, known as the "Belly Singer," will captivate the audience with "Medicine Seller," while the "Twin Singers" Twin Girls will radiate fresh energy with "Bee Butterfly Love." Finally, Lee Chan-won will take the closing stage, passionately performing "Somehow Today" and "Jinttobaegi." Lee Chan-won expressed joy at performing on their hometown stage during the recording and received great applause from the audience.
This episode features participants with diverse backgrounds. A family team consisting of a mother and her sibling 12 years apart will perform "On the Bus." A four-member elementary school dance team will present the charming "Pig Rabbit," and three 7-year-old kindergarten friends will entertain the audience with "Guests Are Coming." Additionally, a team of four sisters wearing "gats" will attract attention by unleashing explosive energy with "Jjin-iya."
