Kim Dong-wook and Stella Kim held their wedding ceremony at Myeongdong Cathedral in Seoul in December 2023. The couple announced the pregnancy of their first child in November last year, about two years after their marriage. At that time, Stella Kim expressed mixed feelings about the late pregnancy announcement, saying, "It is truly a joyful and congratulatory event, but I am completely exhausted."
