Jang Min-ho visited a Chinese restaurant near Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet on his YouTube channel "Janghada Jang Min-ho." At this restaurant, he tasted wonton noodles that capture the atmosphere of Hong Kong.

The menu item Jang Min-ho chose was "Shrimp Wonton Noodles." Based on data collected from exploring various restaurants in the Songdo area, he returned to this dish. Jang Min-ho revealed that he had previously visited this restaurant by chance with his family and could not forget the taste, which led to his revisit.

The shrimp wontons inside were made by hand, using freshly chopped raw shrimp meat. Jang Min-ho described it as "a special flavor secretly served only to those known by the hotel chef." The restaurant owner explained, "This menu was developed for my mother who loves shrimp," and added that the secret recipe passed down from his father, a former hotel chef, deepens the flavor.

Jang Min-ho also emphasized the spicy broth, suitable for winter. He mentioned the appeal of the broth, saying, "The broth, which could have been greasy, was made spicy with chili to suit Korean tastes."

The "King Fried Dumplings" ordered together were packed full, earning high praise from Jang Min-ho, who said, "You can think of it as almost just eating the filling." After finishing the bowl of wonton noodles with the production team, he took a "wanton noodles completed" photo. Jang Min-ho expressed confidence, saying, "You can trust my restaurant list and follow it."
